Refund Policy
 

Registration and payment should be completed online. Credit card payments are preferred. Registration is NOT complete until we receive payment. If you are paying via bank transfer or personal/institution check, please note that you are not registered until we receive payment.
 

A refund for the registration amount minus a $50 administrative fee is available until August 1, 2023. The request must be made in writing by July 31, 2023.  Please allow 7-14 days for processing. A full refund is available for government employees and must be made in writing before the start of the conference.  Please allow 7-14 days for processing.
